Here’s my recipe for a convenient snack that takes about 5 minutes to make:

  • 1/2 of a Cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp House Italian Dressing
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onion Powder
  • Cholula Chili Garlic (hot sauce)

Slice the cucumber into thin, pickle sized pieces. I prefer to stack the slices up and cut them into quarters from there.

Place all of the pieces into a small bowl, then add a tablespoon of Italian Dressing. I prefer Kraft’s House Italian.

Mix it around so it coats the cucumbers. It helps the dry ingredients stick.

Then, add a pinch of onion powder, salt, and fresh ground pepper.

Lastly, splash on your favorite hot sauce.

Grab a fork and enjoy your light snack. Guaranteed to hit the spot between meals.
